Audrey Lee

Audrey Lee has her master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Utah. Her mission is to inspire people to eat real, mostly vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Audrey coached for Salt Lake Figure Skating, Greenville Cycling and Multisport, Team Roger C Peace, and Paralyzed Veterans of America Racing. She creates individualized nutrition plans for people to meet their needs and goals. As sport nutrition coach, Audrey went on the road with her teams to provide sport nutrition support, researching healthy food options at competition locations, and creating team menus. Audrey loves giving talks and workshops on sport nutrition research and teaching plant-based, antioxidant-rich cooking classes.

Amanda Burrill

Amanda grew up in Maine and studied archaeology at Boston University before serving eight years in the United States Navy. She later obtained a culinary arts Grand Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu, masters from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and studied wine while living in France. She is a 2x Ironman triathlete, 19x marathoner and has climbed four of the world’s seven summits. Amanda works in media, is a frequent traveler with a complex history of TBI, neck injury, and post concussion syndrome, and works to raise awareness around recovery and adaptation.
